Rates

• Technical Support – $105/hour — Onsite minimum charge of one hour, after that billing is by the quarter hour. Remote support is at the same rate, billed only by the quarter hour.
• Travel Charge – No travel charge within 5 miles of Central Ave and Dunlap Ave in Phoenix, all others minimum $10 travel charge. Actual charge depends upon distance required to travel.

Special Rates

• Retainer system – $20/hour discount is given for prepaying for blocks of computer service. Minimum retainer size is $500.
• Beatitudes Campus Residents – All Beatitudes residents charged $100/hour.
