Remote support is at the same rate, billed only by the quarter hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel Charge &#8211; No travel charge within 5 miles of Central Ave and Dunlap Ave in Phoenix, all others minimum $10 travel charge.  Actual charge depends upon distance required to travel.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Special Rates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retainer system &#8211; $20\/hour discount is given for prepaying for blocks of computer service.
